(a) On and after the effective date of this section, the building permit fee to be collected by the City shall be as set forth on Schedule A, attached to Ordinance 1927, (and as that attachment may be amended from time to time hereafter).
(b) Two dollars ($2.00) from each building permit issued by the City is hereby designated to go to the South Charleston Historic Landmarks Commission.
