1709.03 CONFLICTS.

Whenever there arises a conflict between the International Plumbing Code section of the State Building Code and the rules of the West Virginia State Department of Health and Human Resources, the rules of the Department of Health and Human Resources shall take precedence.

Whenever there arises a conflict between the State Building Code and statutory laws o the State of West Virginia, the West Virginia State Code shall take precedence.

Whenever there arises a conflict between the State Building Code and any ordinances of the City Code of South Charleston, the State Building Code shall take precedence. All other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
