1381.11 MODIFICATIONS.
The Planning Commission may modify the special requirements in any individual case where, in the Commission's judgment, such modification would eliminate undue hardship and would be in the public interest. No modification shall be granted which shall have the effect of nullifying the intent and purpose of these Subdivision Regulations or the comprehensive plan. In granting any adjustment, the Commission shall attach such conditions as are necessary, in its judgment, to substantially secure the objectives of the standards or requirements so adjusted.
