1379.10 ADMINISTRATIVE SUBDIVISION.
Administrative subdivisions include minor boundary adjustments and any other adjustment not meeting the definition of a subdivision as that term is defined in Article 1375.05. Administrative subdivisions do not require a public hearing or that anyone other than the immediately effected parties be notified of the proposed subdivision. The party or parties proposing an administrative subdivision shall make application therefor, and shall include a plat showing the boundary change. An application fee of thirty dollars ($30.00) shall accompany the application.
Such application shall be referred to the administrative subdivision subcommittee, which shall consist of the City Attorney, a representative of the Building Inspector's office and the Municipal Planning Commission engineer. If this subcommittee recommends the administrative subdivision, the matter shall be placed for approval upon the agenda of the next Planning Commission meeting.
