The Planning Commission shall charge a fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per application to help defray the costs of checking and verifying the proposed preliminary and final plats, and the administrative costs of preparing notices and other documents, except in the case of an administrative subdivision, the fee shall be thirty dollars ($30.00).
