1379.03 ADVISORY MEETING.
   (a)   Purpose. The purpose of the advisory meeting is to give the subdivider an opportunity to obtain advice and assistance from the Planning Commission before committing undue time and money to the project.
   (b)   Request; Preparation Generally. For this review, the subdivider shall submit a request for such meeting at least fifteen days in advance of the scheduled meeting and should be prepared to discuss his intentions as they relate to this article. He should have a rough sketch plan prepared before the meeting that depicts the boundaries of the tract, the proposed street and lot arrangements and other pertinent information. The advisory meeting shall not require formal application or fee and can be called at the option of either the subdivider or the Commission.
   (c)   Sketch Plat. A sketch plat should be presented by the subdivider at his initial meeting with the Commission for discussion and advice. The sketch plat should show or be acccompanied by the following information: general location, boundaries of the tract, rough street and lot layout and other information concerning pertinent physical features, availability of utilities, existing zoning, recreational areas and an estimated time schedule of development.
