1379.02 PROCEDURE GENERALLY.
   The procedure for obtaining approval of a subdivision plat generally includes three steps:
   (a)   Advisory meeting with Planning Commission;
   (b)   Preliminary plat review and approval; and
   (c)   Final plat review and approval.
