1333.04 USE REGULATIONS.
   (a)   Permitted Uses. Any use permitted in the R-8 District shall be permitted in a planned unit development.
   (b)   Conditional Uses. Any use permissible in the R-8 District by special permit shall be similarly permissible in a planned unit development.
   (c)   Residential Uses. Any residential use shall be permitted in a planned unit development; provided, that the maximum family density per acre contained in the planned unit development shall not be more than the maximum family density required in the zoning district or districts in which the development is located.
   (d)   Commercial, Service and Office Facilities. In addition, facilities planned for development as part of such district and serving needs not otherwise served in the general area in which the district is located, including service, commercial and office facilities, shall be permitted; provided, that such facilities and the structures and areas occupied shall be located and designed so as to protect the character of the district and the desirable character of surrounding property, and shall not in combination occupy more than five percent (5%) of the area of the district.
