SECTION 16.2 IMMUNITY OF ELECTIVE OFFICERS.

Officers of the City shall be immune from suite for any acts done in their official capacity, to the extent provided for in the statutes and laws of the State of West Virginia, as interpreted by the decisions of the supreme court of appeals of West Virginia.
