1329.03 GENERAL STANDARDS FOR COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS.
   (a)   Permitted Uses. No building or premises in a commercial district shall be used and no building or group of buildings or part of a building or structure shall be erected, constructed, enlarged, altered, arranged or designed to be used, in whole or in part, except as provided in Section 1329.01. Only those uses specifically listed as being permitted in a specific district shall be permitted in that district.
   (b)   Yard, Height and Coverage Requirements. The standards shown below are minimum requirements unless otherwise indicated. Dimensions are in feet unless otherwise indicated.
   Districts shall be disignated by the following symbols:
      C-2 Local
      C-4 Neighborhood
      C-6 Community
      C-8 Central Business
      C-10 General

   *Where a new commercial building is to be located in a C-2 or C-4 District abutting or between existing commercial buildings, the front yard shall be determined in the same manner as in residential districts.
   (c)   When Residential Uses are Placed on the Lot. When residential uses are located in a commercial zone, the standards shall be the same as for the residential district:
