(a) Permitted Uses. A building or premises in the R-0 District shall be used only for the following purposes:
(1) Any use permitted in the R-10 District.
(2) Dental, medical, chiropractic or osteopathic clinics.
(3) Dental, medical or optical laboratories.
(4) Offices in which chattels or goods, wares or merchandise are not stored, created, exchanged or sold on the premises.

(5) Post office substations.
(6) Two wall or projecting signs of twenty-four square feet each, one per facade, identifying only those services offered or the uses existing within the building.
(b) Permitted Accessory Uses. The following uses shall be permitted in the R-0 District:
(1) Any accessory use permitted in the R-10 District.
(2) Apothecaries, attached to and operated as part of medical or dental clinics. Sales shall be limited to prescriptions, packaged drugs, patent medicines and other proprietary therapeutic or medical goods or devices. Such use shall be considered an accessory use to a medical or dental clinic.
(c) Conditional Uses. The following uses shall be permitted in the R-0 District only by special permit:
(1) Any special permit use permitted in the R-10 District.
(2) Hospitals.
(3) Social halls, fraternal organizations and lodges.
(4) Conversions.
