1325.08 R-10 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.

(a) Permitted Uses. A building or premises in the R-10 District shall be used only for the purposes permitted in the R-8 District.

(b) Permitted Accessory Uses. Any accessory use permitted in the R-8 District shall be permitted in the R-10 District.

(c) Conditional Uses. The following uses shall be permitted in the R-O District only by special permit:

(1) Instruction of the arts.

(2) Child day care.

Any use permitted by special permit in the R-8 District shall be permitted by special permit in the R-10 District.
