(a) Permitted Uses. A building or premises in the R-8 District shall be used only for the following purposes:
(1) Any use permitted in the R-6 District.
(2) Multiple-family dwellings.
(3) Tourist homes.
(b) Permitted Accessory Uses. The following uses shall be permitted in the R-8 District:
(1) Any accessory use permitted in the R-6 District.
(2) The operation of a dining room, newsstand, barbershop and beauty shop as well as sale of convenience goods in an apartment building for the use of the tenants and their guests provided that no signs are visible from the exterior of the building advertising their use.
(c) Conditional Uses. Uses permitted by special permit in the R-8 District shall be as follows:
(1) Any use permitted by special permit in the R-6 District.
(2) Hospitals, clinics and other medical facilities.
