1325.06 R-6 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.

(a) Permitted Uses. A building or premises in the R-6 District shall be used only for the following purposes:

(1) Any use permitted in the R-5 District.

(2) Multi-family dwellings containing not more than four dwelling units.

(b) Permitted Accessory Uses. The following uses shall be permitted in the R-6 District:

(1) Deleted. (Ord. 2186. Passed 7-5-13.)

(2) Any accessory use permitted in the R-5 District.

(c) Conditional Uses. Any use permitted by special permit in the R-5 District shall be permitted by special permit in the R-6 District.
