1325.05 R-5 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.

(a) Permitted Uses. A building or premises in the R-5 District shall be used only for the following purposes:

(1) Any use permitted in the R-4 District.

(2) Two-family dwellings.

(b) Permitted Accessory Uses. The following uses shall be permitted in the R-5 District:

(1) Home occupations.

(2) Any other accessory use permitted in the R-4 District.

(3) Restricted accessory parking areas.

(c) Conditional Uses. The following uses shall be permitted in the R-5 District only by special permit:

(1) Any special permit use permitted in the R-4 District.

(2) Child care centers.
