1325.04 R-4A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
   (a)   Permitted Uses. A building or premises in the R-4A District shall be used only for the purposes permitted in the R-4 Residential District.
   (b)   Permitted Accessory Uses. Any accessory use permitted in the R-4 Residential District shall be permitted in the R-4A District.
   (c)   Conditional Uses. Any use permitted by special permit in an R-4 Residential District shall be permitted by special permit in the R-4A District.
