The districts of the City shall be bounded and defined as shown on the map titled "Zoning Map of the City of South Charleston, West Virginia," bearing the revised May 20,1976, date of the adoption of this revised Zoning Map and certified by the City Clerk, the City Engineer and the Chairman of the Planning Commission, which revised map, with all explanatory matter thereon, is hereby made a part of this ordinance by reference as revised.
