The City is hereby divided into the following districts:
(a) Residential Districts:
R-2 Residential District.
R-2A Residential District.
R-4 Residential District.
R-4A Residential District.
R-5 Residential District.
R-6 Residential District.
R-8 Residential District.
R-10 Residential District.
R-10A Residential District.
R-O Residential-Office District.

(b) Commercial Districts:
C-2 Local Retail District.
C-4 Neighborhood Retail District.
C-6 Community Shopping District.
C-8 Central Business District.
C-10 General Commercial District.
(c) Industrial Districts:
I-2 Light Industrial District.
I-4 Industrial District.
Where districts are referred to as "more restrictive" or "less restrictive," the designation shall refer to the order in which the districts are named above; the first names being the most restrictive and so on, except where otherwise indicated in this ordinance.
