This Zoning Ordinance shall apply within the corporate limits of the City and in the unincorporated area within one mile beyond the corporate limits. At such time as the County Court adopts a zoning ordinance for the unincorporated area of the County, the one-mile extraterritorial jurisdiction within this shall be void. Where the one-mile jurisdiction overlaps that of another municipality, the middle of such overlap shall be the district line.
