1305.01 GENERAL PURPOSES.

The purposes of this Zoning Ordinance are to establish comprehensive zoning regulations for the City and to provide for the administration, enforcement and amendment thereof, in accordance with the provisions of West Virginia Code Article 8-24 and to the repeal of all ordinances in conflict herewith.
