1123.02 NOTICE TO FIRE DEPARTMENT.
   Any common carrier, as described in Section 1123.01, engaging in the transportation, carrying or moving of any toxic chemicals, gases, liquids, objects or other substances which are dangerous or injurious to the safety and health of humans or dangerous or injurious to property, shall upon the occurrence of any accident whereby such toxic chemicals, gases, liquids, objects or other substances shall leak, spill or escape into the air or onto adjoining property or into or onto any public street or right of way or enter into any public or private storm or sanitary sewer shall immediately notify the Fire Department of such occurrence or accident at the time of such occurrence or accident and shall notify the Fire Department immediately as to the nature of such substances and as to any precautions that may be taken to protect the safety and health of inhabitants and to prevent damage to property.
