1119.11 PROOF OF EXISTENCE.

On the trial of a party charged with the violation of any order of the Property Board he shall have the right in defense to contest the existence of the facts alleged to be a nuisance. However, the order and finding of the Board shall constitute prima facie evidence that a nuisance exists.
