1119.09 POLICE TO REPORT NUISANCE TO PROPERTY BOARD.

It is hereby declared to be the duty of all police officers to observe the sanitary condition of the City and to report the same to the Chief of Police, who shall report to the Property Board promptly any nuisance or accumulation of filth found to exist in any part of the City.
