Whenever any nuisances have been ordered to be abated and removed under the provisions of this article, the Property Board or any officer or appointee or employee of the City shall have the right to enter upon the property upon which the nuisance exists for the purpose of abating or removing the same, and no person shall interfere with, hinder or obstruct any such officers, appointees or employees in the performance of the work of abating or removing such nuisances.
