The maintenance of a nuisance is hereby declared to be unlawful. The violation of any provision of these Codified Ordinances or other ordinance of the City pertaining to health and sanitation and the violation of any provision of Article 1113, and Articles 951 and 955 of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code and any other acts and conditions officially declared of record by the Property Board of the City to be unsanitary, hazardous or detrimental to life, health, safety or the welfare of the public shall constitute a nuisance.
