955.24 TIME FRAME FOR SETTING OUT GARBAGE, REFUSE AND TRASH FOR COLLECTION.

Garbage, refuse, and trash shall be set out for collection no earlier than the night before the scheduled collection day. In the event of a holiday or other reason postponing a regularly scheduled collection day, garbage, refuse, and trash shall be set out for collection no earlier than the night before the re-scheduled collection day.
