955.17 LANDFILL FEES.

(a) The following fees shall apply to all dumping done at the landfill commonly known as the City of South Charleston Sanitary Landfill: A charge of ten dollars ($10.00) per ton, with a minimum charge of ten dollars ($10.00)

(b) City residents shall be given free access to the landfill for residential purposes.
