935.01 POLLUTION OF BODY OF WATER USED FOR DOMESTIC PURPOSES.
   No person shall pollute in any manner any pond, lake, basin, reservoir, stream, spring, creek or other body of water from which the City shall take water to be used for domestic purposes by the inhabitants thereof or cast into any such body of water, or on the bank thereof or in such proximity thereto that the same may enter therein, any filthy, unwholesome or noxious substance, object or liquid, or anything whatsoever, injurious to the health of the people of the City.
