(a) A user will be required to obtain a permit for an interceptor prior to installation. Any users with existing interceptors will be issued a permit based upon information obtained by the Sanitary Board.
(b) To obtain a permit, the user must submit an application as provided by the Sanitary Board, along with the appropriate application fee to the Sanitary Board. Existing users, as determined by the Sanitary Board, will not be charged the application fee.
(c) A permit will be issued, upon review and approval of the application and receipt of the appropriate permit fee.
(d) A permit shall be valid for a period of one year from the date of its issuance, unless suspended or revoked.
(e) A permit is not transferable.
(f) A permit holder shall immediately notify the Sanitary Board, in writing, of any changes in the business or its management during the time the permit is in effect.
