934.02 DEFINITIONS.
   Unless a provision explicitly states otherwise, the following terms and phrases, as used in this article shall have the meanings hereinafter designated.
   (a)   “Fats, oils and greases” means materials of vegetable, animal or mineral origin including, but not limited to: petroleum, hydrocarbon and/or non-polar fats, oils and greases.
   (b)   “Grease trap or interceptor” means a device for separating and retaining waterborne greases and grease complexes prior to entering the sanitary sewerage system. These devices also serve to collect settleable solids prior to the water entering the sewerage system.
   (c)   “General Manager” means the person designated by the South Charleston Sanitary Board to supervise the operation of the Publicly Owned Treatment Works, and who is charged with certain duties and responsibilities by this article, or a duly authorized representative.
   (d)   “Minimum design capability” means the design features of a grease interceptor and its ability or volume required to effectively intercept and retain greases from grease-laden wastewaters discharged to the public sanitary sewers.
   (e)   “User” means any person who contributes or deposits wastewater or any other substance or waste into the Publicly Owned Treatment Works including persons who contribute such wastewater from mobile sources, such as those who discharge hauled wastewater.
