Whoever violates any provision of this Part Nine--Articles 930 to 933 for which no other penalty is provided shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) and not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both. Each day such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 1859. Passed 9-1-94.)
