If anyone is aggrieved by an action or decision of the General Manager relative to implementation of this article, he may, upon written request, be heard by the Sanitary Board. The Board, after the hearing, may either affirm or reverse the decision of the General Manager.
Anyone aggrieved by the action of the Board shall have the right to file a complaint with the West Virginia Public Service Commission or seek relief in a court of competent jurisdiction, as may be appropriate. (Ord. 1859. Passed 9-1-94.)
