A violation of any provision of this article may be declared a public nuisance by the Property Board, to be corrected or abated as directed by that Board. Any person(s) creating a public nuisance may be subject to the provisions of Article 153 governing such nuisances, including reimbursing the Property Board for any costs incurred in removing, abating, or remedying said nuisance.
