901.03 PERMIT FOR PLACING MERCHANDISE ON STREET OR SIDEWALK FOR ADVERTISING, DISPLAY OR SALE.

No person shall place any merchandise or obstruction upon any street or sidewalk within the City for the purpose of advertising, display or sale without a permit issued by the Mayor. Such permit shall not be issued for longer than ten days duration. (1970 Code Sec. 28-6)
