901.02 PERMIT FOR PLACING OBSTRUCTION ON STREET OR SIDEWALK; DANGEROUS DEPOSITS.

(a) No person, without a permit therefor, shall construct, place or leave or cause to be constructed, placed or left, in or upon any street, alley or sidewalk, any obstruction to travel.

(b) No person shall place or cause to be placed or left on any street, alley or sidewalk any deposit dangerous to life or limb.
