745.06 DEPOSIT OF PREPARED GARBAGE AT ANOTHER RESIDENCE WITH INTENT TO DEFRAUD CITY.

No person residing at a residence to which the services mentioned in Section 745.01 are provided, shall deposit prepared garbage at any other residence in the City, with the intention to defraud the City or to evade the payment of the service charges or any part thereof, imposed by this article.
