§ 152.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating any provisions of §§ 152.01 through 152.09 within the corporate limits of the city shall be charged with a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, may be fined an amount not to exceed $200 for each day the violation remains uncorrected. Prosecution or conviction under this provision shall never be a bar to any other remedy or relief for violations of §§ 152.01 through 152.09.
   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation violating §§ 152.20 through 152.25 or any portion thereof shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $1, nor more than $500, and each day that the violation continues shall be considered a separate offense and punishable accordingly.
   (D)   Any person, firm or corporation violating § 152.40 or any portion thereof shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined a sum of not less than $1, nor more than $500, and each day that the violation continues shall be considered a separate offense and punishable accordingly. The city retains all legal rights and remedies available to it pursuant to local, state and federal law.
