(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of § 130.01 shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in an amount not exceeding $200.
(C) Any person violating any of the provisions of § 130.02 shall, upon conviction thereof, be deemed guilty of misdemeanor and be fined in any sum not exceeding $100.
(D) Violation of any provision of § 130.03 shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $200.
