§ 114.05  NOTICE OF NON-COMPLIANCE.
   (A)   In the event of a failure of the permittee to comply with any provision of this chapter, the City Manager shall issue, in writing, a notice to the permittee of the nature of the non-compliance and stating a reasonable time not to exceed ten working days necessary to gain compliance. After a lapse of the reasonable time, if compliance has not been made, the Council may suspend the permit for a period of time or cancel the permit; however, by either act of Council, the fines imposed by § 114.99 shall not be waived.
   (B)   Any notice provided herein shall be by certified mail return receipt requested unless otherwise provided herein by other service.
