It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person to violate or fail to comply with any provision of § 114.07, whether or not the section contains the specific language that the violation or failure to comply is unlawful and is an offense. Any person who shall violate the provision of this chapter, the provisions of a permit issued pursuant hereto, or who shall fail to comply with the terms hereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, on conviction thereof, be fined in any sum not less than $100, nor more than $1,000 and the violation of each separate provision of this section and of the permit shall be considered a separate offense and each days violation of each separate provision thereof shall be considered a separate offense. Failure or refusal to comply with the provision of this chapter and the covenants and agreements herein provided shall be grounds for revocation of a permit for any well where the violation occurs.
