§ 110.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any violation of § 110.02 shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $200 per day for each day of violation hereof.
