It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, offer for sale or possess for the purpose of sale any alcoholic beverages where the establishment or place of business of any dealer is within 300 feet of a church, public school or public hospital, the measurement to be along the property line of the street fronts and from front door to front door and a direct line across intersections where they occur.
