(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating any provisions of § 93.02 shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be fined in the amount prescribed by state law.
(C) Any person violating any provision of § 93.03 within the corporate limits of the city shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined an amount not exceeding $200. Each day that the violation continues shall be a separate offense. Prosecution or conviction under this provision shall never be a bar to any other remedy or relief for violations of § 93.03.
