§ 3-4-3 REMOVAL OF CITY MANAGER.
   The City Council may remove the City Manager at any time by a majority vote. Provided the City Manager has been employed for at least one year, the city shall make regular salary payments for three months following termination, unless different termination provisions are set forth in an employment contract.
