§ 3-2-5 CITY MAGISTRATE.
   The presiding officer of the Magistrate Court, and any other magistrates as deemed necessary by the Council, shall be appointed by the Council. A magistrate shall serve for a term of four years, with the beginning and end of the term to be specified at the time of appointment. During the term, a Magistrate may be removed only for cause.
