§ 3-2-2 POLICE CHIEF.
   The Chief of Police is a department head and shall be Collector of Taxes of the city, provided that the collection of the taxes may be administered by the Clerk. He or she shall perform any duties as may be required of him or her by law and as the City Manager may deem necessary.
