That certain document known as “the City Tax Code of the City of Somerton”, three copies of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk of the city, was adopted by Ordinance No. 173 on December 7, 1987, and any amendments, which document was made a public record by Resolution No. 319 of the city, is hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this section, including all amendments adopted through 2011 are hereby reaffirmed.
