§ 13-1-2 MULTI-FAMILY DWELLINGS AND TRAILER PARKS.
   Multi-family dwellings are defined as two or more units capable of providing living quarters for one or more person(s). Included, but not restricted to this definition, are apartment complexes, trailer parks and lots containing two or more living quarters.
