§ 12-2-1 APPLICATION FOR WATER AND SEWER SERVICE.
   Application for the use of water and sewer service shall be made in person at the City Hall, by the owner or agent of the property to be benefitted, designating the location of the property and stating the purpose for which the water and sewer may be required.
