A. The city desires to alleviate parking problems in front of commercial buildings on Main Street.
B. The Public Works Director is authorized to designate those sections of Main Street that will be designated for business parking.
C. Those areas of Main Street designated for business parking shall be clearly marked and posted by the city.
D. In those sections of Main Street marked and designated for business parking, parking shall be limited to two hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
E. Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, fined for each offense not less than $5 and not more than $10.
